Moriarty, is a former President of the Monmouth County Bar Association and Municipal prosecutor with more than 37 years of experience in criminal and personal injury law. Charles M. Moriarty is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney. There are over 85,000 practicing attorneys in the State New Jersey and only 43 of them are Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Trial Attorneys in both Civil and Criminal law.
